For superfast turnaround we offer a number of ways to enable you to get your files to us - send them via email or dropbox or use an FTP service - if you don't have access to any of these, contact us and we will get you set up with log in details to a dedicated secure customer FTP site. Please note if you choose to use the Formats Unlimited FTP facilities, you MUST contact your account representative first to obtain a unique userID and password.
By sending us your files electronically we create your master fast and offer super quick turnaround times, but of course we also accept files by traditional means such as FedEx.
